Returns policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

We welcome you to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

If you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to contact@loveleelux.co.uk to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for products ordered in any sale.

As we work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible, the process of picking, packing and posting usually begins imminently! Sadly this means that once the order has been recieved by us, we can not cancel or make changes. 

However, in line with the EU Distance selling Directive, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after we send/ you recieve your order.  The directive allows you to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel within the "cooling-off period" of 14 days.

The goods must be returned to us in an unused, unopened condition as they were originally sent to you by Lovelee Lux. Lovelee lux will not issue a refund or exchange for refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us, even if the incorrect products were sent.

To return an item, please get in touch via our contact us form or viua email on Loveleelux.info@gmail.com. The buyer will be liable for cost of returning the products to us (we will request Proof of Posting). The cost of postage to return and the cost of the original shipping fee will not be refunded by Lovelee Lux. 

Should your order have included any free gifts then these must bve returned with the order in which you wish to return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Please note: Lovelee Lux cannot accept returns for opened/used Beauty Products.

We will make every attempt to get your goods to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, if delivery of goods is not possible through no fault of the delivery service, i.e- you are not home to recieve the order or have inputted the wrong address, the order will be returned to us and we we will be unable to refund for shipping. We may incur costs for the package being returned to us and unfortunatley, this cost will be deducted from any refunds. If the goods are to be sent out again a shipping charge will apply.

Regulations state that for any orders over £42 Customers have:

14 days after item received to cancel.

14 days to return after notifying desire to cancel

14 days to receive refund after item received by seller

30 days to notify non-receipt of delivery

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
