Each fan is carefully crafted to high quality allowing you to create disired Lovelee lash looks in half the time. Same quality, more time efficient! By using our premde range, you can forget the worry of spending too much time on one set as we will remove the need for hand crafting your own fans; we've done that bit for you!
As if that wasn't enticing enough, we've even gone one step further by placing each fan into our XXL tray, in which each strip of lashes (containing around 25 fans) can be easily removed from the tray for super fast and easy application. Save time and take more bookings in one say.

PRODUCT INFO
Our Premades vary from 0.07mm to 0.03mm thickness depending on the 'D' ordered. Our 12D premades are available in both 0.03mm and 0.05mm thickness.
Curls and lengths available for purchase:
- C curl: 8mm- 14mm and mixed length trays
- CC curl: 8mm- 15mm and mixed length trays
- D curl: 9mm-14mm and mixed length trays
Tell me more:
- Wide fans for fluff and texture
- Black in colour for creating perfect dense looks
- Handmade fans so each set will be unique
- Small pointy bases for maximum adhesion to the natural lash
Each fan should be picked from the strip towards the base of the lash.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
We welcome you to return any unwanted and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
If you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to loveleelux.info@gmail.com to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for products ordered in any sale.
Cancelling an order
As we work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible, the process of picking, packing and posting usually begins imminently! Sadly this means that once the order has been recieved by us, we can not cancel or make changes.However, in line with the EU Distance selling Directive, you can cancel your order up to 14 days after we send/ you recieve your order. The directive allows you to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel within the "cooling-off period" of 14 days.
The goods must be returned to us in an unused, unopened condition as they were originally sent to you by Lovelee Lux. Lovelee lux will not issue a refund or exchange for refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us, even if the incorrect products were sent.
To return an item, please get in touch via our contact us form or viua email on Loveleelux.info@gmail.com. The buyer will be liable for cost of returning the products to us (we will request Proof of Posting). The cost of postage to return and the cost of the original shipping fee will not be refunded by Lovelee Lux.
Should your order have included any free gifts then these must bve returned with the order in which you wish to return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Please note: Lovelee Lux cannot accept returns for opened/used Beauty Products.
We will make every attempt to get your goods to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, if delivery of goods is not possible through no fault of the delivery service, i.e- you are not home to recieve the order or have inputted the wrong address, the order will be returned to us and we we will be unable to refund for shipping. We may incur costs for the package being returned to us and unfortunatley, this cost will be deducted from any refunds. If the goods are to be sent out again a shipping charge will apply.
Regulations state that for any orders over £42 Customers have:
14 days after item received to cancel.
14 days to return after notifying desire to cancel
14 days to receive refund after item received by seller
30 days to notify non-receipt of delivery
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
SHIPPING INFO
All orders will be processed within 48 hours and shipped within 1-2 working days.
Delivery times may be affected by holidays and change in hours to the Royal Mail delivery service. Next day delivery is available Monday - Thursday. For an order to be delivered next day, orders must be complete before 3pm. To recieve lashes on a Friday, the order must be placed before 3pm on Thursday.
Special delivery can be offered in some circumstances if you need your order on a Saturday to help you out of a lash disater! Please just email us via the ' Contact us' Form, or contact us via instagram and we will do our best to get your order to you sooner.
